Sunday Update
Andrew had a bit of a rough patch at the end of this week – spiking fevers among other things – but he’s stable again and doing much better. He’s got his appetite back and is eating like a champ…or three! His strength is slowly returning, and he’s up and around with the help of his trusty walker. We’re seeing some improvement with his eyes, but he’s still wearing the pirate patch most of the time.

He had a bone scan this week that came up clean, and he’ll have a spinal tap and bone marrow test, and his port surgically installed tomorrow. If all goes well, he should be able to go home after the tests.

Later this week he’ll undergo another CT Scan and MRI as well as a hearing test.
