We have had a very exciting weekend. We went to a basketball game, Andrew and Taylor received the news that their new baby brother was born, and we had the St. Baldricks event Saturday. Friday night the Idaho Stampede invited Andrew and his family to the game as a honored St. Baldricks child. We were offered a suite right on the court with full service and free dinner. I have to admit that Andrew was more excited about the fact that he would be eating a hot dog for dinner than the game itself when he found out. However, the game was very exciting and we all had an amazing time. The mascot “Rumble” gave Andrew a shirt and a basketball, as well as a good laugh at his sister as Rumble ruffled her hair.

We met some nice guys who were going to be shaving their head at St. Baldricks Saturday as well, and invited Andrew to do the first swipe. Toby is below with his green hair getting shaved by Andrew.

Sucess!
Then when Mom went up to get shaved Andrew gave a little speech. He thanked everyone for coming, and told them that cancer does suck, but we are thankful for the support and thank you for donating. We will post the video soon. Then he took the first shave of one of the nurses who cares for him at St. Lukes Andrew #2.

Next it was time for Mom.

Locks for Love here we come
Now we are the baldy ones….
